IronSphere continuously monitors the mainframe, automatically performing security scans and looking for system vulnerabilities, insufficient settings, and modified operands.
Security scans are based on z/OS RACF or Top Secret STIGs (Security Technical Information Guides) which contain optimized configuration and policy information. IronSphere automatically compares each application to its STIG to detect discrepancies. The resulting real-time report identifies any errors, categorizes them by risk level, and charts the findings. It even describes how to resolve the problem.
No z/OS expertise is required! An intuitive, browser-based GUI shows z/OS vulnerabilities and solutions.
A dashboard reports the health of each system with color-coded graphs for any level of user. More detailed information is displayed in easy-to-understand charts and tables. Data can be filtered and sorted per system, LPAR, group, severity level, or other criteria, meeting the needs of any security or management team.
