Q: What will happen to E-Business Server solutions existing before October 2013?
A: From October 1, 2013, SDS will provide ongoing support and maintenance in addition to managing future product development.
Q: Is there a migration plan or product replacement for previous customers?
A: Pre-Oct.-2013 customers can contact SDS directly to arrange extended support contracts. In the meantime, you can continue to use E-Business Server with no service interruption. Because SDS will provide support and maintenance for continuing customers and plans to continue to actively develop the E-Business Server product, there is no need to replace E-Business Server.

Q: What do you need from me, as a customer, if I want to renew maintenance with SDS when my current maintenance expires?
A: We will honor your past charges from last year for maintenance/support. You’ll want to provide us with the cost from last year’s bill along with the grant number.
Q: What do you need from me, as a reseller, if my customer wants to renew their maintenance?
A: Provide your customer’s grant number, entitlement number, anniversary renewal date, and last year’s PO or cost.
Q: Do I keep working with my software reseller or do I create a vendor relationship with SDS?

Q: I discontinued maintenance because I thought E-Business Server was reaching its end-of-life. Why should I renew maintenance?
